WHAT WE HANDLE ON THE ROADSIDE

Our service trucks carry the tools and parts to solve most heavy-duty failures on site:

Air brake problems and frozen brakes — chambers, lines, valves, and winter freeze-ups
Electrical and no-starts — batteries, alternators, starters, grounds, and charging faults
Cooling and overheating — hoses, belts, water pumps, and coolant loss
Tires and blowouts — changes and quick repairs to get you to the next stop
Jump-starts and fuel delivery
Air line thawing and emergency fuel treatment in cold weather
On-the-spot welding, hose, and line repairs

If we can get you rolling where you are, we will. That’s almost always cheaper and faster for you than anything else.

WHEN IT CAN’T BE FIXED ON THE SHOULDER

Some jobs are too big for the roadside, and that’s an honest call we’ll make fast. We don’t run tow trucks, but we work with a network of tow companies and get the best rates — so we line up the tow, get your rig to the shop, and our crew handles the repair once it’s in. One call covers both the rescue and the fix, instead of you chasing down a tow company and a shop separately.

WHY DRIVERS CALL US FIRST

We find the actual problem. We don’t throw parts at a truck and hope. We diagnose to the root and fix that — which is how one driver who’d been quoted over $3,000 by a national chain for a part he didn’t need got back on the road in under an hour with us.
Straight pricing, even at 2 a.m. You hear the rate, the minimum, and any surcharges before we roll. Stranded doesn’t mean gouged. Overcharging a customer in dire need is an experience you’ll never have with J&A.

WHAT IT COSTS

Mobile road service is billed port to port — from when we leave the shop to when we get back, the industry standard for service calls. We explain it up front so there are no surprises on the invoice, and the price only changes if the job itself changes.

WHERE WE RESPOND

We run roadside across Morris, Aurora, Joliet, New Lenox, Rockdale, Gardner, and the surrounding I-80 / I-55 corridor, out of our Morris and New Lenox locations. Break down anywhere along the corridor and we’re close.
